1-day diet menu
After several attempts on the 3-day diet, which has been claimed to be so effective to most people but has zero effect on me, I have decided to try the 1-day diet.
Diet menu
Breakfast
1 Egg, hard/soft
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup black coffee( no sugar, cream except for artificial sweetener)
Mid-morning snack
2 Ritz biscuit, each with 1/4 slice of American cheese
1 cup black coffee( no sugar, cream except for artificial sweetener)
Lunch
1 can of Tuna
3 half stalks of celery ( no salt)
1 cup black coffee( no sugar, cream except for artificial sweetener)

3 oz of skinless chicken/fish
6 broccoli/cauliflower florettes
1 cup black coffee( no sugar, cream except for artificial sweetener)
And that's all.
What's diffferent from the previous 3-day diet that I tried is that the menu is really very simple. So it is rather easy for me to do shopping.
By the way, seasoning like mustard, ketchup, vinegar are allowed but I am not adding in any of these simply because I want to to be as simple as possible!
But what is American cheese? Can we easily get it in Malaysia? It's actually simply processed cheese so I replaced it with Cheddar slices. But the standard size of one slice of American cheese is equivalent to 28g. In other words, 1/4 slice weighs only 7g. Therefore, for accuracy, you need to weigh carefully if you are using Cheddar slices because a standard slice weighs 21g.
Whereas for black coffee that is included in every meal, I am using the sachet-packing. Because it is so easy and you can get it almost everywhere. However, always make sure that it is 100% free of sugar and margarine. I actually bought one which is stated on the packaging that there is no added sugar but when I read the ingredients it says there is only 50% of coffee. Others are margarine and sugar! I tried it but it has no sweet flavour at all. Hopefully it wouldn't ruin my diet! Awh*
This is the very first time I'm trying on this diet.
I really hope it works on me because I really want to get rid of the excess fats on my body. It ruins my emotions =(
I may continue to do it on the following day.
Yea, I actually need to keep a weighing machine at home!
Never mind, I really hope it works on me. I don't mind even if it's just 1 pound lost, I really don't mind!
Okay now you know how much I want to lose weight!
